Beginning as a Copywriter, I evolved into the role of CX & Marketing Coordinator, leading the transformation of the Academy – a central hub for support, learning, and success stories. This pivotal project showcased my prowess in marketing strategy, cross-functional collaboration, and fostering an exceptional customer experience.

- Enhance Academy Center: Elevate the Academy Center into a comprehensive platform that not only provides educational resources but also facilitates seamless access to support and success stories.
